1, Costumer service
Our English-speaking staff is on hand during normal office hours (Mon.-Fri. 08:00-17:00 pm., Sat. 08:00-12:00 pm.) to handle your inquiries and assist you in all matters, regardless if you’re in the country or abroad. Just call (662) 260-7860-2 from abroad or (02) 260-7860-2 for domestic calls and speak with our friendly representatives.

2, Security
All transactions are protected by powerful Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT). These technological tools adhere to the security standard used by many large, international e-commerce sites.

3, Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Booking confirmation will take within 24-48 hours if reservation is received during our office hours (Mon. - Fri. 08:00-17:00 pm., Sat 08:00-12:00 pm. local time) and then we will send you the booking confirmation voucher for your verification. In the unlikely event that the purchased requested room is not available, all efforts will be made to accommodate you in a similar type room or its equivalent at that hotel.
If room is available and you wish to confirm, you might be ask to secure the booking by a deposit within 3 days. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.

B, Credit card
Credit Card Payment Authorization Form (via Fax)
Once you receive details and confirmation of booking, you will receive a credit card payment authorisation form. Please fill in your credit card details: Card type, card number, name as on the card, Expiry Date and the 3 digits card ID on the back of card (Visa, Master Card and JCB ) or 4 digits card ID on the right hand corner (American Express) .
Then Fax these documents to AMI THAI TRAVEL Reservation Dept. at: + 66 (0) 2954 2001
1. Authorization Form
2. Credit card copy of both sides
3. Passport copy

If for any reason we do not receive the payment by the due date, AMI THAI TRAVEL reserves the right to consider that the client has canceled the reservation. We regret to have to release your booking automatically.
Once we have the approval code from the the credit card company we will issue Hotel Voucher of which one copy will be sent to the hotel and one copy will be sent to you via e-mail (to be printed out by yourself), fax or handed over to you by our guide if airport transfer is requested.
In the case that booking was done at very soon to the check-in date and you did not receive the voucher simply check-in with your passport.
This hotel voucher is our payment guarantee to the hotel for Accommodations only. The hotel may request your credit card to imprint for other hotel services (such as telephone, laundry, room service, mini-bar, etc.) which are to be settled in your bill as your own expenses when checking-out.
Rates on our website are subject to fluctuation relating to the international currency market. All prices must be confirmed by our reservation department.
Credit card fee is 3,5%.

5, Payment & cancellation
30% deposit is required upon the proposal acceptance.

The balance to be paid either direct at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and all these details you will receive in our email response.

For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in. 

For pick-up service request, please re-confirm flight details before arriving. 

The full amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card only after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed, we will e-mail your booking confirmation voucher to you for your verification. The Credit Card Holder must be a member of the party requesting service or must be able to verify the relationship between the credit card holder and the user of the booking request. The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. Thailandebooking takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.

Booking cancellation before booking has been confirmed or before voucher has been issued then the full amount will be automatic reversal to your credit card immediately however it may take up to 2-4 weeks for the actual crediting to take place depending on your Bank's practice. If you wish to cancel your booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will be apply as follows;

In cas of Cancellation and changes are made by the client :
- More than 30 days before departure: a 30 US Dollars handling fee per person
- Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 25% of the total price
- Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 50% of the total price
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total price
If payment with credit card, refund will be returned to the original credit card and 5% credit card fee will be applied.

Important noted : Upon receiving of tickets, please check the accuracy of names, itinary of your tickets/vouchers. If you have any problem, please contact with us, within same day? othervise, Ami Thai Travel will not responsible for extra/compensation occurred.

6, Responsabilities
AMI THAI TRAVEL acts as an Intermediary between Airlines, Hotels, Restaurants, Transporters and local agencies. AMI THAI TRAVEL is not therefore responsible for materiel and individual losts or damages. Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political acts and disorders or all irregularities which are not in our intention are at charge of the client. Programs, prices and services depend on conditions at the moment in accordance with local imperatives and are subject to change without a prior notice.

7, Hotel Regulations
According to the Hotel’s International rules, guests will be able to enter their room after 2:00 pm, regardless of the flight’s arrival time. The Check-out time is prior to 12:00 (noon). Any check-in or check-out time out of this range will be considered as a supplementary night. 


FLIGHT TICKET BOOKING GUIDE
 
1, method of payment
Service Department need the travelers of full payment of the all flight ticket before arrival in Bangkok unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.

2, Delivery the flight ticket
Services Department can booking the Flight ticket start from Bangkok to any up country of Thailand. Our policy for delivery the Flight ticket; Services department delivery the Flight ticket to customer by email. The Low cost airline offer the e-Ticket for confirm reservation; which client can get the email code of the Flight ticket and print out and passport to show at airline counter for confirm identity.

3, Confirmation process
Prepaid Rate Flight Ticket Reservation

Service Department appreciates for high value clients reserve the flight ticket in advance more 2 weeks of departure date and time.
Services Department proposes the high value client confirm the seat and full payment with secure online reservation by credit card on website for guarantee the seat.

Services Department can not confirm the seat for high value clients reserve the flight ticket in advance only 3-4 days of departure date and time.
Services Department need to check the seat available and response to high value client by email. Then the high value client need to quick confirm the seat by payment with online secure payment online.

All flight ticket included the Passenger Service Charge (PCS) and Insurance Surcharge for all domestic departures.

4, Terms and conditions

1).Fares are applicable for one way & NON-REFUNDABLE.
2). All fares are excluding taxes and fees.
3). After payment has been processed, NO CHANGES (names, dates or flights) are permitted.
4). Valid for new bookings only.
5). Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.
6). Sale fares are most often found on midweek travel dates.
7). Fares on weekends & holidays may be higher.


5, Infant rates
Child under 23 months is free of charge for all program

6, Liability
Ami Thai Travel act only as an agent for carriers, travel agency companies, hotels, tickets and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control, Ami Thai Travel also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.

7, Passport and Visa
It is your responsibilty to ensure you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
 
 
TRAIN TICKET BOOKING GUIDE
 
1, Method of payment
Services Department need the travelers of full payment of the all Train ticket before arrival in Bangkok unless prior arrangements have been made for online secure payment by credit card. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.

2, Delivery the train ticket
Services Department can booking the Train ticket start from Bangkok to any up country of Thailand. Our policy for delivery the Train ticket; Services department will send the staff delivery the Train ticket to customer by hand at any hotels in Bangkok area and Bangkok International Airport. Thus Services department do not authorized the sending the original Train ticket to overseas and upcountry of Thailand.

Thus Services Department can not support delivery the Train ticket start from upcountry of Thailand to Bangkok.

3, Confirmation process
Prepaid Rate Train Ticket Reservation

Service Department will check the seat available for customers; if the seats are available Service department send the e-mail for request the full payment for reservation the seats.

4, Cancellation fee process
Services Department request to surcharge the cancellation fees amount 50% of total payment for Train ticket which customers would like to cancel the ticket before departure minimum 3 business days. Services Depatment can manage the cancel the Train ticket if train ticket is still hold at Services Department. If Services Department complete delivers the Train ticket to customers our staff can not manage to cancel the Train Ticket.

The customers need to contact with the State Raiway of Thailand directly or Train Railways Station.

5, Postpone departure date and time fee process
Services Department can manage the postpone the departure date and time for customers which they are not yet to receive the Train ticket. The State Railways of Thailand need the original Train ticket for postpone the departure date and time. Services Department need to chare the postpone fees amount 200 Baht.

If Services Department complete delivered the Train ticket to customers which the customers prefer to postpone the departure date and time. The customers need to contact the State Railways of Thailand or Train Station directly.

6, Child rates
Child prices apply to those aged 2 years and above but below 11 years.

7, Infant rates
Child under 2 years is free of charge for all program

8, Liability

BUS TICKET BOOKING GUIDE


1, Method of payment
Service department need the travelers of full payment of the all bus ticket before arrival in Bangkok unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.

The traveler can reserves the bus ticket in advance by Fax Credit Card details using our Credit Card Detail Form.

2, Delivery the bus ticket
Services department can booking the bus ticket start from Bangkok to any up country of Thailand. Our policy for delivery the bus ticket; Services department will send the staff delivery the bus ticket to customer by hand at any hotels in Bangkok area and Bangkok International Airport. Thus Services department do not authorized the sending the original bus ticket to overseas and upcountry of Thailand.

Thus Services department can not support delivery the bus ticket start from upcountry of Thailand to Bangkok.
